Escuela de Patinaje
Nuestro programa de Escuela de Patinaje se realiza de acuerdo con los estándares nacionales establecidos por el Instituto de Patinaje (ISI). Este programa le permite progreso a su propia velocidad, moviendose en diferentes niveles, a la medida que usted construye sus fundamentos y avanza a maniobras más difíciles. En la Pista de Hielo de Franklin Park, nuestra misión es proporcionar una educación completa de patinar en una atmósfera relajada y amistosa. Con 35 años de experiencia, nosotros hemos introducido a millares de participantes al deporte de patinaje sobre hielo.

The Franklin Park Speed Skating Club trains skaters to compete locally, regionally, and nationally in the exciting sport of Short Track Speed Skating. When you begin, you will train under the guidance of expert coaches who prepare you to compete locally in the "novice division." As you advance you will participate in international and pre-Olympic events. The club is open to skaters of all ability and experience levels below the age of 21. We can teach you the basics of speed skating while you wear your figure or hockey skates.

Youth Hockey

The Franklin Park Ice Arena offers a wide variety of hockey programs for all ages. The Panther Hockey Program participates in the North West Hockey League during both the Fall/Winter season. In the Spring our teams participate in the Illinois Spring League. Our instructional hockey program, Panther Paws, is designed to teach the basics. A progressive program designed for all youth groups, from three to fifteen years of age. Camps and Clinics are offered throughout the season. Adult Hockey

The Franklin Park Ice Arena invites your team to participate in our Adult Hockey League all season long. We offer games in both the fall and winter along with our highly regarded spring/summer league. Each season consists of 14-games. Cash prizes will be awarded to the top teams in each league. Our goal is to make sure every team has a great experience playing the best sport around. Ice Rentals

Whether it's a birthday party or a hockey game, broomball on the Studio Arena or your entire school on the big ice; when you choose our arena, you can count on quality.Contact the Franklin Park Ice Arena at 847-671-4268 for information on ice slots currently available for rent. Bookings are on a first come basis over the phone with a Visa/Mastercard payment. Find out how your group can obtain an ice contract.

For your convenience, our office is open everyday from 9:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m Ice rentals that begin after 9:00 p.m. must be paid in full when making the reservation. All other rentals require a non-refundable/non-movable deposit of 50%. Deposits on ice rentals will only be refunded (minus $2 administrative fee) if the ice is sold.

Studio Arena 60' x 80'

Our smaller ice surface is just right for groups of 50 or less. Skating parties for your friends, church socials, scouts, clubs, or corporate groups are always popular and well attended. The Studio Arena is the prefect size for the game Broomball, and makes a unique setting for your older child's (ages 9 through teen) next birthday party!

Room Rental Policy: The room is only available with Studio Rentals. Maximum 2.5 hours in the room for the first hour of Studio ice rented. One additional hour in the room for each additional hour of Studio Ice rented. Please remember that your time in the room or on the ice equals your start time. If you need extra time for set, please plan accordingly.
