We are happy into introduce a new interactive community program. The Park District of Franklin Park has created three Hope Rock Gardens at the Community Center, Ice Arena and North Park.
Hope Rocks are a way to spread positivity in our community. This idea was inspired by Playschool student Parker Conway who left a Hope Rock outside the Community Center for his teacher, Ms. Lora.
We could all use some positive vibes during this challenging time, so we invite you to visit one of these gardens. This is another at-home recreation activity for everyone to take part in. You can take a rock, paint it and bring it back!
We look forward to seeing your creativity and efforts to grow these Hope Rock Gardens. We encourage you to share photos of your Hope Rocks using #FPRocks. Stay positive Franklin Park, we’re in this together!
